    Thank you for publishing this book! It’s full of tasty meals and I had no idea I can lose weight with such filling food.

    Only regret is that you didn’t do this book years ago! I’ve lost seven pounds in my first week of buyng this book and will go back to the recipes again and again for inspiration.

    Was given this book for Christmas by my ex-husband because he knows I follow anything Justina does and I love him for it! My favourite recipe is her Nigerian stew for dinner and I also love her pulled pork recipe. Not as slim as I want to be yet but with this book and the recipes within, know I soon will.
