Oats and sugar are definitely not considered paleo foods. I'd suggest trying these with gluten free sprouted oats and just honey for a healthier version, Reply justinaelumeze 20/06/2016 at 8:14 am Hi Reams. Thank you for the compliment. I personally do consider muscovado sugar the most paleo friendly of the 'sugar' groups and am of the debate that oats are also paleo. I will endeavor to write up a post some time soon in more depth with regards to this 'hot' topic.
