This season was spectacular to say the least.
My favourite designers – Salvatore Ferragamo and Roberto Cavalli – didn’t let me down and a few more designers – such as Isabel Marant at Paris and Temperley London impressed me as well.
It’s clear from the collections that grazed the runways that the main fashion trends this year will be over the knee boots (the higher the better), sixties inspired outfits and fur. Loads and loads of fur. (Think the Kardashians draped in fur… with sheer, tight, dresses.)
Until S/S 2014 Fashion Week, I’ll continue to bring you all the latest designs and trends.
So tonight, as an “addio” to Autumn Winter 2013, let’s have a final look at my remaining favourite designers from Paris fashion week.
And as always, remember to stay beautiful…
Lagerfeld morphed classic into modern with signature tweeds taking a new twist. How’s the new fashion term ‘Class Mod‘ (I’ve just made up to refer to this pretty, punk like collection) sound…?
This is a relatively new clothing line and the casual style coupled with the ‘everyday’ wear-ability of the outfits have helped to establish this label amongst the big boys of the fashion world.
This collection is a total opposite to that of the above collection by Maiyet (in that the clothes would be somewhat out of place if worn whilst out and about). However, I’m sure the designers Chiuiri and Piccioli had no intention for the clothes to be any other way.
Reminiscent of many an outfit seen within the frames of historical paintings, this (almost religious in style) collection is truly beautiful.
An exquisite work of art…
